This is one of my favorite pictures of my mom with Hayden. She, like myself, is generally taking the pictures; therefore, well, you moms know the drill... Anyway, today is her birthday and below is a little story about a special conversation Hayden and I had in the car today on his way home from school.
In the car...
"Hayden, today is a special day."
Silence coming from the back seat... I know he is listening intently...
"Today is Nana's birthday!"
"Nana? Nana!"
"Yes, Nana. Can you say, 'Happy Birthday Nana?"
"Nana!"
"Yes, Hayden that is right, Nana. Happy Birthday Nana!"
So, Happy Birthday Nana!!!! We love you!!!
